While on my lunch break one day, and looking at a large dealership without any luck and feeling like we'd never find the right car and financing opportunity, I drove by Autonorth. He had a pretty good sized down payment, but even so, no dealership I'd checked into would accept him for financing on his own, (he has a great paying job, but no established credit) without a co-signer. I had spent time helping my 18 1/2 year old son find a newer year used vehicle he could afford and hopefully find financing for. Thanks so much for your help, Marc and Sean, we are so happy with our new car! We will definitely send any friends or family members that are looking for a car your way! We both feel like we have a couple of friends at Auto North and will be sure to stop in from time to time just to say hi. In fact, finalizing our financing took a few days longer than expected and they were incredibly patient. We felt like we could trust them, and while they worked hard to do their best for us, they never put any pressure on us to close the deal. Marc and Sean were an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire transaction. We even explained that we were working within a pretty tight budget and he didnt even flinch, he just brought us inside to crunch some numbers so we knew exactly what to expect in terms of payments. Marc greeted us immediately upon our arrival, and answered all of our questions honestly and openly. We expected it to be way out of our price range, which was very limited.
We saw a Saab station wagon on the Auto North lot one day as we were out doing errands and decided to stop in and check it out.
We had been keeping an eye out for an affordable used car for quite some time.
